Building to "North American or European standards" isn't a sales pitch, it's a PROMISE. We source the right materials such as PEX plumbing, ROMEX cable, etc. and install them correctly without cutting corners. We won't build you anything we wouldn't be happy to own ourselves. Our construction standards are as high as you'll find in Costa Rica.

Your contract will be clear and easy to understand and we'll work hard to prepare an accurate budget to ensure your project is fairly and competitively priced. If you opt for a Cost-Plus contract, you'll received clear accounting reports with detailed project costs analyses. Finally, you're a valued visitor at your work site - we want your input!
