Fun and relaxation are on offer at this Bali-inspired surf-cabin.

Cabina Avellanas is an 800sf surf retreat designed for the full enjoyment of nature. With the living area situated all in one room, save for the outdoor bath, the furnishings are designed to maximize efficiency without sacrificing comfort.

Framing is 100% locally harvested sustainable Teak and local Melina wood is used for exterior siding. Concrete large-format floor tiles impart a feeling of spaciousness. A Bali-style asphalt-shingle roof caps off the residence. One interesting design feature is a 5’ diameter round “port” window. To create the window frame, the ever-innovative team at FRAME shaped the wood by bending it around an ELOY Wastewater Treatment tank!
