We don’t just have high standards - we set them

Building to "North American or European standards" isn't a sales pitch, it's a PROMISE. We source the right materials such as PEX plumbing, ROMEX cable, etc. and install them correctly without cutting corners. We won't build you anything we wouldn't be happy to own ourselves. Our construction standards are as high as you'll find in Costa Rica.

When it comes to your money, we think the best surprise is NO surprise. Your contract will be clear and easy to understand and we'll work hard to prepare an accurate budget to ensure your project is fairly and competitively priced. If you opt for a Cost-Plus contract, you'll received clear accounting reports with detailed project costs analyses. Finally, you're a valued visitor at your work site - we want your input!

We speak Spanish, English, French, German, Flemish and even a touch of Italian. Clear communication with customers and vendors is essential, so we keep you in the loop throughout your project, in a language you can understand.

3 types of construction systems

We are able to build with any building system that our client prefers, going from steel framing, wood timber framing up to more traditional concrete and block framing system
