Designed by architect Ricardo Arosemena, Casa Bella Vida is a 700m² hillside retreat in Las Catalinas. Built to follow the natural slope of the land, the residence was shaped by the land it sits on. Its multi-level layout offers a series of layered outdoor spaces, from a private pool deck, shaded terraces, and quiet garden areas.

Every space frame ocean and jungle views, with a seamless connection inside and out. The use of natural materials, local hardwoods, and fine handcrafted details gives the home a timeless, grounded feel, built to last and deeply rooted to its setting.
