GENERAL MANAGER

Nicolas Huet

Nicolas is the General Manager at FRAME. He supervises all construction projects and operations.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Nicolas co-founded Eloy America Latina in collaboration with Yves Deweer and Eloy Belgium before establishing FRAME.

Before relocating to Costa Rica, Nicolas spent 15 years as a professional snowboard racer, winning two World Championships and representing France in the Salt Lake City (2002) and Torino (2006) Winter Olympic Games. He is also a licensed ultralight pilot and enjoys surfing, skiing, swimming, and music. Nicolas and his family reside in Playa Flamingo.

PROJECT MANAGER

Rémi Martin

Rémi is Project Manager at FRAME. He oversees all construction project and directs teams.

With 12 years of construction experience in Costa Rica, Rémi has a deep understanding of the local building landscape. From 2003 to 2006, he served as a Foreman and Project Manager for a small builder before founding Gypsum Pro Service, a company specializing in drywall and more. In 2008, he began building turn-key homes, and in 2010, he became a Partner at FRAME. A French national, Rémi has lived in France, French Guyana, and Guadeloupe, where he earned a Master’s degree in Sports Physiology. He is also a licensed instructor in skiing, snowboarding, and surfing. Rémi resides near Tamarindo.

DEVELOPER

Arne Boelaert

Arne Boelaert is the newest partner at FRAME, where he leads company development.

Originally from Belgium, Arne moved to Costa Rica 10 years ago. He holds a degree in Bio-Engineering from the University of Ghent in Belgium and has additional qualifications in general contracting. After working as a Project Manager at FRAME for four years, Arne transitioned to the commercial department. Passionate about running and mountain biking, Arne resides in Playa Tamarindo with his wife and their 1-year-old son.

THE IMPORTANCE OF

Giving Back.to the Community.

FRAME supports the Successful Boys’ Circles project.
This initiative empowers boys ages 8-13. It teaches them about emotional intelligence, violence and gender-based violence, and nonviolent communication.

The project also covers mindfulness, physical and mental health, and financial literacy. Additionally, it addresses topics like sexuality, brotherhood, and understanding safe and unsafe spaces in our community, among others.
